Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to subscription fees paid to Shravix Solutions Private Limited for the AnyRent service. It does not apply to rent, deposits or other money paid between tenants and property owners — AnyRent does not collect or hold those funds. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.

2. How you can pay

Each property's subscription is billed in advance for its billing cycle. You can pay by:

• Direct payment — UPI or bank transfer to our company account, which we record against your subscription.
• Payment link — a secure link sent by WhatsApp or email, payable by UPI, card or net banking.
• UPI AutoPay — a one-time authorisation in your UPI app that lets each renewal be debited automatically.

Online payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments India Private Limited. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card number or bank login details.

3. UPI AutoPay

• AutoPay is optional. You authorise it once for your account, and it covers the renewals of all your properties on paid plans.
• When you authorise it, your UPI app shows the maximum amount that can be debited for a single renewal. A renewal above that limit is never debited automatically — we send you a payment link instead and ask you to approve a new limit if you wish.
• Each renewal is debited for the amount of that property's subscription for one billing cycle, a few days before the renewal date.
• Your bank or UPI app notifies you at least 24 hours before every debit, with the amount and date.
• We do not charge any fee for AutoPay. To verify it when you set it up, your bank charges ₹1 once, which our payment partner refunds to you automatically. Some banks may also apply their own charges for setting up a mandate; these are set by your bank, not by us.

4. Failed or missed payments

• A failed AutoPay debit does not cost you anything. Your bank may retry it before we follow up.
• If it still does not go through, we send you a payment link by WhatsApp and email.
• Your property stays fully usable for 3 days after its renewal date. If the renewal is still unpaid after that, access to the property is paused until payment is made — your data is kept and nothing is deleted.

5. Cancelling a subscription

• You can cancel a property's subscription at any time by writing to support@shravix.in or through our contact page.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. The property stays usable until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If AutoPay is set up, cancelling a property's subscription stops its future debits. AutoPay continues for your other properties unless you turn it off.

6. Turning off AutoPay

You can turn AutoPay off at any time, in either of two ways:

• In the AnyRent app, under Manage → Subscription → AutoPay.
• In your UPI app, under its mandates or AutoPay section.

Turning AutoPay off does not cancel your subscriptions — future renewals are sent to you as payment links instead. If a debit had already been notified when you turned AutoPay off and it still goes through, contact us and we will refund it if you did not intend to renew.

7. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods and for periods where the Service was available but unused. We refund in full in these cases:

• Duplicate payments — for example, an AutoPay debit for a renewal you had already paid. These are refunded automatically, without you having to ask.
• Incorrect charges — a debit for the wrong amount, or for a property whose subscription you had already cancelled.
• Debits after turning off AutoPay — as described in Section 6.
• The ₹1 verification charge — made once when you set up AutoPay. It is refunded automatically; if it has not reached you after 7 working days, write to us and we will follow it up.

We also consider refunds case by case where a prolonged failure on our side prevented you from using the Service, and wherever the law requires one.

Changing plans or billing cycles takes effect from the next renewal. We do not refund the difference for the current period unless we have agreed to in writing.

8. How refunds are processed

• Send refund requests to support@shravix.in within 30 days of the charge, with the property name and the payment date or reference.
• We review each request and reply within 7 working days.
• Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method — the same UPI account, card or bank account — and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
• Refunds are not paid in cash or to a different account.

9. Contact
